Do processing times change during holidays or launches?
During holidays, product launches, sales, or periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly longer than usual. Any significant delays will be communicated whenever possible.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Because orders may begin processing shortly after they are placed, changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed.
What is your return or exchange policy?
Because our products are handcrafted and personal-use items, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on used or opened products. If you experience an issue with your order, please contact us and we'll be happy to help
What should I do if my order arrives damaged?
Please contact Hallow Glow as soon as possible after delivery and include your order number along with clear photos of the damaged product and packaging. We’ll review the issue and help determine the best solution.
How should I care for my artisan soap?
Allow your soap to dry between uses by keeping it on a draining soap dish and away from standing water. This helps your handcrafted soap last longer.
How do I use wax melts?
Place a small amount of wax in an approved wax warmer and enjoy the fragrance as it melts. Never add water and always follow the instructions provided with your warmer.
How do I use a massage candle?
Light your massage candle and allow a small pool of warm oil to form. Extinguish the flame before pouring. Test the temperature and a small amount on your skin first, then gently massage the warm oil onto the skin. Massage candles are for external use only.
How should I care for my candle?
Trim the wick to approximately ¼ inch before each burn. On the first burn, allow the wax to melt evenly across the surface when possible. Never leave a burning candle unattended and keep it away from children, pets, drafts, and flammable materials.
What makes Hallow Glow products special?
Hallow Glow products are handcrafted in small batches with care and intention. From candles and artisan soaps to wax melts and self-care rituals, each product is created to bring a little more calm, comfort, and beauty into your everyday moments.
Are all Hallow Glow candles made with soy wax?
Not all of them. Our core candle collections are made with natural soy wax, while some of our decorative and seasonal candles may include gel wax to create their unique designs. You can find specific wax information in each product description.
Are your products handmade?
Yes. Our candles, artisan soaps, cluster soaps, wax melts, and other Hallow Glow creations are handcrafted in small batches.
How long does it take to process my order?
Please allow up to 5 business days for your order to be processed and prepared for shipping. Standard delivery estimates apply once your carrier scans the package.
Do you ship to Puerto Rico?
Yes! Hallow Glow ships within the United States and to Puerto Rico. Shipping options and rates are calculated at checkout. Free shipping is available on orders of $70 or more.
