Shipping Policy

At Hallow Glow, every order is carefully packaged and prepared with dedication from our studio. We want your unboxing experience to be perfect, so please review our shipping terms below:

1. Processing Times

Because our products are handcrafted in small batches, please allow 5 to 7 business days for your order to be processed, packed, and handed over to the shipping carrier (excluding weekends and holidays).

Note: Processing times may be slightly extended during high-demand seasons or new collection launches.

2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on package weight and destination. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

• Standard Shipping: 3 to 7 business days.

• Express Shipping: 1 to 3 business days.

Please note these are estimated delivery timeframes provided by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed dates.

3. Order Tracking

As soon as your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. For your convenience, Shopify will prompt you to download the Shop app, where you can easily track your package's journey in real-time, receive delivery notifications, and view the live map directly on your phone.

4. Shipping Addresses and Failed Deliveries

It is the customer's responsibility to provide a correct and complete shipping address. We are not responsible for packages that cannot be delivered due to incorrect or incomplete information. If a package is returned to our studio for this reason, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping fees.
